Obviously, there are a lot of factors that play into this reality, but there is no doubt in our mind that our new website has played a role, particularly in conversion to deposits. Western Carolina University is consistently ranked in the top 15 public regional institutions in the south. It's a growing University with a thriving on-campus student experience. Unfortunately, the website conveyed very little of that.

To communicate its brand promise and tell the stories that are uniquely Western, the University had to reimagine its website. The process began with a new information architecture and website content strategy that required input and support from across the University community.
